Rental Terms And Conditions

RENTALS

All the rentals are done according to car category and not for a specific model. In case there is no availability of a chosen vehicle the company has the right to provide the customer with a car of a bigger category without further charge.

DRIVERS

The minimum age limit for drivers is 23 years for categories A, A1, B, B1, C, C1 and 25 years for the rest of the categories.

DRIVING LICENCE

It is obligatory for the potential drivers to have a valid driving license for the Greek circumference and the European Union which has been issued at least 1 year prior to the date of renting the car. For customers off European Union it is required they have a valid driving license of the country they come from.

TICKETS AND FINES

The tickets and fines that are given due to violation of the traffic code are exclusively on the hirer

WAYS OF PAYMENT

The customers can pay either in cash upon delivery of the car, or with a deposit at the company’s bank account and the rest when we deliver the car. They can also pay by credit card before or at the time of the delivery of the car.

CANCELATIONS

The cancelation of the your rental can be done 48 hours before the beginning of your actual rental

DELIVERY- RETURNING OFF WORKING HOURS

If you wish to have a delivery or bring back the car at hours between 22:00 and 08:00 there is an extra cost of 15 euros. The same amount exists for deliveries on Sunday.

EXTRA DRIVER

The use of the car from a second driver is free.

CHILD SEAT

The child seat is provided at an extra cost of 2euros per day.

SNOW CHAINS

The charge of snow chains is 4 euros per day.

NAVIGATION SYSTEM (GPS)

The navigation system (GPS) is charged for 3 euros per day

FUELS

The person hiring the car has to return the car with the same amount of fuel that they got it.  There is no refund for the client if they return the car with more fuel than they got it. In case of using wrong fuel they clients have to pay for its service.

KILOMETER LIMITATIONS

For rentals of one day there is a limitation of 250 kilometers and an extra charge of 0, 05 euros +VAT per kilometer for cars and 0, 15+VAT for minivans.

For rentals of more than a day the kilometers are free.

ACCIDENTS

In case of an accident the client is obliged to pay 15 euros for the management of the accident file
